Let's Build It

In our virtual Let's Build It game, your team is randomly split into Zoom breakout rooms and given a challenge — like building a startup from scratch, or fixing a real problem at your own company. You have exactly one hour to come up with an idea that solves a real problem, ideally one your team actually feels.

Your Game Host kicks things off over Zoom, reveals the challenge and explains the rules. Then the hour is yours. Split roles like CEO, designer, researcher or presenter — or just share everything. It's up to your team. You choose your strategy. Use anything that helps: AI tools, the internet, even pen and paper. A tips PDF is shared in the chat, and you can come back to the main room anytime to check the timer or ask the host for guidance.

When the timer hits zero, every team gets 3–4 minutes to pitch: what the problem is, what your idea is, who it's for and what it's called. Then the teams vote — never for themselves — and one team wins.

This game is for teams looking for a creative, hands-on experience that builds innovation, collaboration and real AI skills — and ends with ideas worth talking about.
