About This Experience
One person. One spotlight. A whole team that shows up for them. A live, host-driven birthday celebration where colleagues compete to prove who knows the guest of honor best, guess which fun facts are real, and reveal anonymous kind words on screen while the birthday person guesses who wrote them. Celebrate one person or everyone born this month in a single session. Warm, never awkward — the guest of honor shares only what they choose.
How It Works
In our virtual Birthday Spotlight game, your team celebrates a colleague — or a whole group of them — through rounds built entirely around the guest of honor. Before the event, each birthday person fills in a short survey and colleagues submit anonymous messages. No prep needed from HR — just choose the date and who you're celebrating.
Your Game Host kicks things off over Zoom and runs every round live: a "Who Knows Them Best?" quiz, a Two Truths and a Lie round, and a "Guess Who Wrote It" reveal where kind words appear on screen and the birthday person guesses the author. In Group mode, extra rounds like "Whose fact is this?" mix everyone in.
The quiz crowns the colleague who knows the guest of honor best, and the session closes with a toast round where the team raises a glass together. Afterwards, every honoree receives a digital keepsake card with all their messages.
This game is for teams looking for a heartfelt, high-laughter celebration that makes someone feel truly seen — perfect for milestone birthdays, surprise celebrations, and monthly birthday traditions.
